Previous build #2205-3 <br />BraunNW (jg/jw) 23 of 34 Everett Fire Dept. <br />5-5-25 Original build #/2205-3 Remount Specification <br /> <br /> . <br />6 ELECTRICAL <br />Existing module electrical system to be function tested upon arrival at Braun Northwest. <br />Contact customer for change order authorization to replace non-functional components. <br />Upon completion, electrical system to be function tested and vehicle electrical system <br />certified to AMD 005 requirements. <br />6.01T ELECTRICAL LOAD DEVICES <br />Transfer existing electrical component module in Cabinet #13 replacing relays as needed <br />to meet current electrical standards. Replace or add circuit breakers as required to meet <br />new circuit requirements. Modify or replace electrical wiring as required to accommodate <br />new or revised electrical circuits or to address damaged, spliced, or poorly routed or <br />inadequately protected conductors. <br />6.02A VOLTMETER/AMMETER <br />Remove and discard existing voltmeter/ammeter. <br />Install a new single digital voltmeter/ammeter in the driver's console, which simultaneously <br />displays voltage and alternator current when the ignition is on (Section 6.09 related). <br />Display flashes to indicate low voltage. <br />6.04T IGNITION CONTROL <br />Transfer existing 100 amp solenoid for auxiliary chassis related functions. <br />6.05T MODULE POWER <br />Transfer existing CDR-357 module power control unit. <br />Transfer existing timer interlock. <br />6.07X BACK-UP ALARM <br />Leave existing back-up alarm on used chassis. <br />Install a new SAE J994-compliant self-adjusting back-up alarm. <br />6.09X DRIVER'S CONSOLE <br />Remove and return existing console to customer (Section 8.03 related). <br />Remove and return an existing MDC mount (Sections 6.18 and 8.03 related) <br />Install a new custom driver's console made of black-powder-coated formed aluminum <br />between the seats, to match previous build #3162-3 with modifications to fit new Whelen <br />Arges controller. <br />Console to include the following items <br />•A new digital voltmeter on the side of console, facing the driver <br />•A 7-quart waste container <br />•Four new 12 VDC port style receptacles installed on forward portion of console, two <br />streetside and two curbside (Section 6.25 related) <br />•Two new 12 VDC dual USB receptacles installed on forward portion of console, one <br />streetside and one curbside (Section 6.25 related) <br />•A new Arges controller (Section 6.30.05 related) <br />•A new Whelen core system (Section 6.30.09 related) <br />•A new custom cup holder plate <br />•A new map holder with four mill-finished aluminum dividers <br />•A new custom faceplate with the following layout <br />•A new ″ MODULE DISC″ switch installed in forward vertical portion of console
