Previous build #2205-3 <br />BraunNW (jg/jw) 31 of 34 Everett Fire Dept. <br />5-5-25 Original build #/2205-3 Remount Specification <br /> <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />6.30.09X SIREN <br />Remove and return existing siren on the driver's console (Section 8.03 related) <br />A new Whelen CenCom CORE siren, including a #C399 controller module, WeCanX <br />#CCTL6 Control head, a #CEM4HC High Current remote expansion module CEM16 <br />Expansion Module, a CV2V Vehicle Sync Expansion Module and a # C399SP SCANport <br />Connection kit. The WeCanX #CCTL6 control head shall be installed in the driver's <br />console. Standard features shall include eight push buttons, a four -position slide switch <br />(off, 1, 2, and 3), a seven-position rotary knob control head, and a manual button. The <br />hand's free function shall operate through OEM horn ring circuit when the sirens rotary <br />selector is in the HF position and slide bar is in position #3. The #C399 siren controller <br />module and expansion modules shall be installed in the Electrical Cabinet #13. <br />Slide Bar functionality as follows: <br />Slide bar functions: <br />•Position 1 – Rear Flashers <br />•Position 2 – Upper four corner flashers <br />•Position 3 – All Flashers <br />The following switches will be used in the CenCom Core Siren. <br />•Left Scene <br />•Rear Scene <br />•Right Scene <br />•Blank <br />•Blank <br />•Blank <br />•Blank <br />•Blank <br />Note: Programming of siren and emergency lighting shall be determined at preconstruction <br />meeting. <br />6.30.10X SIREN SPEAKERS <br />Leave two existing speakers on used chassis. <br />Install new Cast Products thru-the-bumper system with two 100-watt speaker drivers in the <br />OEM bumper. <br />6.31X INVERTER <br />Remove and return existing inverter and status panel to customer (Section 8.03 related) <br />Install a new Samlex 1200-watt inverter with a 60 amp battery charger in Bench Seat with <br />Storage #17. Configure inverter to turn on and off with ignition. <br />Install a new Samlex 1200-watt remote status panel in Action Area #5. <br />6.35B FLUID WARMER <br />Remove and discard one existing fluid warmer. <br />Install two new Smithworks 120 VAC fluid warmer with two 2.5″H acrylic side panels in <br />Cabinet #3 <br />6.40X ELECTRIC DOOR LOCKS <br />Transfer existing electric door locks as they exist. <br />Transfer existing aftermarket key fob control module in Cabinet #13. <br />Configure aftermarket key fob control module to utilize new OEM key fobs. <br />Install a new hidden unlock switch behind the license plate on the rear of the module.
