March 5, 2014 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., March 5, 2014, in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall, President Moore presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Gipson, <br /> Bader, and Anderson were present. Council Member Stonecipher was <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Roberts led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the February 26, 2014, City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> President Moore announced action items would be moved to precede <br /> public hearings and that agenda item 8 under Consent Items was pulled. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> The City Attorney had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Kerri Lonergan-Dreke, Everett, commented on business and community <br /> issues in Everett, including support for a proposed pedestrian/sewage <br /> transport bridge connecting Grand Avenue to the Port of Everett and <br /> zoning codes affecting the closure of a gravel parking lot near the Everett <br /> Yacht Club. <br /> 47 <br />
