March 5, 2014 <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION — CLAIMS <br /> Adopt Resolution No. 6710 authorizing claims against the City of <br /> Everett in the amount of $777,255.44 for the period of February 15, <br /> 2014, through February 21, 2014. <br /> RESOLUTION — ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS <br /> Adopt Resolution No. 6711 authorizing electronic claims against the <br /> City of Everett in the amount of $5,604,052.26 for the period of <br /> January 1, 2014 through January 31, 2014. <br /> JOB COMPLETE —41st EXTENSION & ROUNDABOUT PROJECT <br /> Accept the 41st St. Extension & Roundabout Project as complete and <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Tri- <br /> State Construction allowing the release of the escrow held in the <br /> U.S. Bank. <br /> JOB COMPLETE — PARKS BUILDINGS' ROOFING AND <br /> REPAIRS PROJECT <br /> This agenda item accepting the Parks Buildings' Roofing and Repairs <br /> Project as complete and authorizing the Mayor to sign the Certificate of <br /> Completion and Final Voucher with Bates Roofing LLC, releasing the <br /> retainage in the amount of$28,204.01, was pulled from the agenda. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 49 <br />
