Y <br /> Y 4 <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1822 <br /> An ordinance fixing the salaries and compensation to be paid to <br /> the Police Department of the city of Everett, amending Ordinance No. <br /> 1818 of aid city, and declaring an emergency. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That from and after March 1, 1918, the salaries and <br /> compensation to be paid to the Police Department of the city of <br /> Everett shall be as in this ordinance provided. <br /> Section 2: That Section 6 of Ordinance No. 1818 of the city of <br /> Everett be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 6: POLICE DEPARTMENT: Captain, one hundred twenty ' dollars <br /> per month; sergeants, one hundred ten dollars per month each; detectiv- <br /> es, one hundred ten dollars per month each; SiNkUmxAmeabluexiomxkxfkknec <br /> cl soputx mac( <br /> patrolAdrivers, inety-five dollars per month each; <br /> third grade patrolmen, ninety-five dollars per month each; second grade <br /> patrolmen, one hundred dollars per month; first grade patrolmen, one <br /> hundred five dollars per month each; travelers' aid policewoman, ten <br /> dollars per month". <br /> Section 3: An emergency is declared to exist, and this ordinance <br /> shall take effect from and after its passage and publication. <br /> ( Mayor. <br /> Passed MAR 14 L910 <br /> Attest <br /> City Cl rk. <br /> Published MAR 2 1 1918 <br />
