4M <br /> • , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1813 <br /> An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 334, for the <br /> improvement of Everett Avenue from the west line of Broadway to <br /> the east line of Rucker Avenue, by the removal of old lumber, grad- <br /> ing to proper grade, construction of concrete or asphalt pavement, <br /> necessary concrete walks and alley crossings, installation of <br /> necessary drainage, making old work conform with new, and all <br /> work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1797 of the city <br /> of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the <br /> several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll , <br /> fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the <br /> issuance of said bonds. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local <br /> Improvement District No. 334, for the improvement of Everett <br /> Avenue from the west line of Broadway to the east line of Rucker <br /> Avenue, by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, con- <br /> etruotion of concrete or asphalt pavement, necessary concrete walks <br /> and alley crossings, installation of neceeeary drainage, and all <br /> work in connection therewith. under Ordinance No. 1797 as the same <br /> now stands, be, and the same is in all things approved and con- <br /> firmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land <br /> or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be spec- <br /> ially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged <br /> against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the <br /> same is in eroportion to the several assessments appearing upon <br /> said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each <br /> lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon <br /> said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. <br /> . . <br />
