4M • , ORDINANCE NO. 1813 An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 334, for the improvement of Everett Avenue from the west line of Broadway to the east line of Rucker Avenue, by the removal of old lumber, grad- ing to proper grade, construction of concrete or asphalt pavement, necessary concrete walks and alley crossings, installation of necessary drainage, making old work conform with new, and all work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1797 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll , fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bonds. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 334, for the improvement of Everett Avenue from the west line of Broadway to the east line of Rucker Avenue, by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, con- etruotion of concrete or asphalt pavement, necessary concrete walks and alley crossings, installation of neceeeary drainage, and all work in connection therewith. under Ordinance No. 1797 as the same now stands, be, and the same is in all things approved and con- firmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be spec- ially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in eroportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. . .
