M • • ORDINANCE NO. 1803 An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 332, for the improvement of Wetmore Avenue from Pacific Avenue to Fortieth Street by paving and grading, concrete walks, curbs and gutt- ers, drainage, and all work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1784 of the city •of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bonds. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 332, for the improvement of Wet- more Avenue from Pacific Avenue to Fortieth Street, by paving and grading, concrete walks, curbs and gutters, drainage, and doing other work in connection t, rewith under Ordinance No. 1784 of the city of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property shown on said roll is hereby declar- ed to be specially benefited by such improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the sae is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby assessed against each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land, and other property appearing on said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. Section 3: That the l9tnday of November , 1917, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds re- quired to be issued on account of said improvement. Section 4: Said bonds shall be issued to the contractor for said i:.-_prove+.dent in payment therefor, or the city of Everett
