Krazan reserves the right, with prior approval <br />by City of Everett, to adjust the estimated service fees for significant changes in the level of effort that may be <br />required to complete the designated tasks. Significant changes in the scope of work will be charged at the current <br />fees from our mutually agreed fee schedule referenced in the above table. <br />Krazan anticipates that the limited hazmat sampling and survey will be prepared and submitted under one cover. <br />In addition, Krazan understands that access to the subject site and areas of sample collection locations will be <br />arranged by City of Everett, and that the charges listed above assume that only one trip to the subject site is <br />required. The proposed services and associated fees of this proposal do not include costs associated with hazard <br />abatement project design, construction/demolition project contract document preparation, hazard abatement <br />project management, air monitoring services normally required on construction/demolition projects involving <br />hazardous materials, and additional hazardous materials surveys that may be required based on future renovation <br />and/or demolition. <br />Exhibit A (Scope of Work)
