Provide cut washers for all bolt heads and nuts bearing on wood. <br />Bearing Wall Framing: <br />�w owe <br />For the top two stories, all exterior wood framed bearing walls are 2X6 at 16" on center <br />and interior bearing walls are typically 2X4 at 16" on center. All door and window <br />headers not called out on the plans shall be (2) 2X10 with one cripple and one stud each — - <br />end for openings 4'-0" wide or less, and two cripples and one stud each end for openings eX ( SS <br />more than 4'-0" wide.
