Paint exterior to match <br />existing, paint interior white. Replace damaged gutters and downspouts. This estimate does NOT <br />include cost of obtaining any building permits needed, nor does it include any electrical needed. <br />All materials needed for this project will be supplied by MR Home Services, all debris created <br />by this project will be disposed of at proper transfer facility. <br />Lean-to on back of garage $10,595.052 <br />$10,595.05 <br />Build lean-to off the back of the garage, approximately 12 feet off the back, full width of <br />garage using pressure treated lumber and plywood sub decking, roofed with rolled roofing (to <br />match garage color) due to low slope, vertical slat walls with door opening, primed and painted <br />to match garage, build 2 foot by 6 foot work bench with lower shelf using pressure treated framing <br />and 3/4" CDX for bench top and shelf. This estimate does NOT include cost of obtaining any building <br />permits needed, nor does it include any electrical needed.
