Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Description of work <br />Remove fire damaged framing lumber, siding, cladding, roofing, and roof <br />sheathing, remove water damaged bead board ceiling and peg board wall <br />covering, remove (save to reuse) work bench along back wall, reframe back wall, <br />re clad back wall, replace damaged framing lumber on north wall, replace <br />damaged cladding on <br />north wall, replace 4 windows with white vinyl single hung windows, replace fire <br />damaged ceiling <br />joists (approximately 8) remove roofing and replace fire damaged roof sheathing, <br />install new <br />sheathing, install new roofing, remove and replace damaged soffit, spray all <br />interior framing <br />with alcohol -based primer (Zinsser B-1-N) to control odor, install new bead board <br />on ceiling, <br />install new peg board on walls, reinstall work bench along back wall. Paint exterior <br />to match <br />existing, paint interior white. Replace damaged gutters and downspouts. Build <br />lean-to off the back of the garage, approximately 12 feet off the back, full width of <br />garage using pressure treated lumber and plywood sub decking, roofed with <br />rolled roofing (to <br />match garage color) due to low slope, vertical slat walls with door opening, <br />primed and painted <br />to match garage, build 2 foot by 6 foot work bench with lower shelf using pressure <br />treated framing <br />and 3/4" CDX for bench top and shelf. <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />
