If installed in this condition, when the piping is pressurized <br />the joints will open to their full nominal pipe end separation3. This movement is cumulative and will be most <br />significant in long runs of piping where multiple couplings are installed in the butted condition. <br />ALSO AVAILABLE IN 1'/d' <br />AND 1'/2' COUPLINGS AS <br />STYLE 75 <br />v z v <br />x x <br />Pre -Assembled <br />(Installation -Ready"" Condition) Joint Assembled <br />Nominal Range of Pipe <br />Size <br />End Separation' <br />Bolt/Nut <br />Dimensions <br />Weight <br />Pipe Ends <br />Pre -Assembled <br />Actual <br />Butted <br />Full <br />Maximum <br />Maximum <br />(Installation -Ready'" <br />Outside <br />Against <br />Nominal <br />Working <br />End <br />Condition) <br />Joint Assembled <br />Approximate <br />X <br />Y <br />X <br />Y <br />Z <br />Nominal <br />Diameter <br />Gasket2 <br />Separation3 <br />Pressure4 <br />Load4 <br />Qty. <br />Size <br />(Each) <br />inches <br />inches <br />inches <br />inches <br />psi <br />Ibs <br />inches <br />inches <br />inches <br />inches <br />inches <br />inches <br />Ib <br />DN <br />hum <br />hum <br />hum <br />kPa <br />N <br />mm <br />hum <br />hum <br />hum <br />rum <br />rum <br />kg <br />2 <br />2.375 <br />0.13 <br />0.25 <br />365 <br />1617 <br />1/2 x 3 <br />4.38 <br />6.25 <br />3.75 <br />6.38 <br />2.13 <br />3.3 <br />2 <br />DN50 <br />60.3 <br />3.3 <br />6.4 <br />2520 <br />7190 <br />M12x76 <br />111 <br />159 <br />95 <br />162 <br />54 <br />1.5 <br />21/2 <br />2.875 <br />0.13 <br />0.25 <br />365 <br />2370 <br />'/2 x 3 <br />4.88 <br />6.88 <br />4.38 <br />6.88 <br />2.13 <br />3.8 <br />2 <br />73.0 <br />3.3 <br />6.4 <br />2520 <br />10540 <br />M12 x 76 <br />124 <br />175 <br />111 <br />175 <br />54 <br />1.7 <br />3 <br />3.500 <br />0.13 <br />0.25 <br />365 <br />3512 <br />1/2 x 3 1/45.63 <br />7.38 <br />5.00 <br />7.50 <br />2.13 <br />4.3 <br />2 <br />DN80 <br />88.9 <br />3.3 <br />6.4 <br />2520 <br />15620 <br />M12x83 <br />143 <br />187 <br />127 <br />191 <br />54 <br />2.0 <br />4 <br />4.500 <br />0.18 <br />0.38 <br />365 <br />5805 <br />s/ax4 <br />7.13 <br />9.38 <br />6.38 <br />9.50 <br />2.38 <br />7.4 <br />2 <br />DN100 <br />114.3 <br />4.6 <br />9.5 <br />2520 <br />25820 <br />M X <br />I238 <br />162 <br />241 <br />60 <br />3.4 <br />5 <br />5.5625 <br />0.18 <br />0.38 <br />365 <br />8872 <br />3/4 x 5 <br />8.03 <br />11.03 <br />7.31 <br />11.32 <br />2.25 <br />10 <br />2 <br />141.3 <br />4.6 <br />9.5 <br />2520 <br />39460 <br />M20x 127 <br />204 <br />280 <br />186 <br />288 <br />57 <br />4.5 <br />6 <br />6.625 <br />0.18 <br />0.38 <br />365 <br />12582 <br />3/4 x 5 <br />9.38 <br />12.38 <br />8.63 <br />12.25 <br />2.38 <br />12.8 <br />2 <br />DN150 <br />168.3 <br />4.6 <br />9.5 <br />2520 <br />55970 <br />M20x 127 <br />238 <br />314 <br />219 <br />311 <br />60 <br />5.8 <br />8 <br />8.625 <br />0.18 <br />0.38 <br />365 <br />21326 <br />'/ax 5Yz <br />11.00 <br />15.13 <br />10.00 <br />15.13 <br />2.63 <br />20.7 <br />2 <br />DN200 <br />219.1 <br />4.6 <br />9.5 <br />2520 <br />94860 <br />M22x 139 <br />279 <br />384 <br />254 <br />384 <br />67 <br />9.4 <br />s These columns provide the nominal range of pipe end separation that may exist at the time of Installation. <br />2 The nominal pipe end separation when the pipe ends are butted against the gasket as Illustrated In Figure 1. <br />3 The full nominal pipe end separation when the pipe ends are separated fully as Illustrated In Figure 2. <br />4 Working pressure and End Load are total, from all Internal and external loads, based on (ANSI) steel pipe, grooved In accordance with Victaulic specifications. <br />Contact Victaulic for performance on other pipe. <br />Pipe ends <br />butted against <br />gasket <br />Figure 1 <br />Pipe ends at on <br />separation restrained <br />bycouding <br />Figure <br />10.63 19005 Rev B Updated 11/2023 0 2023 Victaulic Company.
