This email will serve as your first <br />Building Correction letter. <br />1. Please label and classify each bedroom that will be used forth e adult family home. IRC R303.3: <br />R330.3 Sleeping Room Classification <br />Each sleeping room in an adult family home shall be classified as: <br />1. Type S -Where the means of egress contains stairs, elevators, or platform lifts. <br />2. Type NS1 - Where one means of egress is at grade level or a ramp constructed in <br />accordance with Section R330.9 is provided. <br />3. Type NS2 -Where two means of egress are at grade level or ramps constructed in <br />accordance with Section R330.9 are provided. <br />2. Please provide grab bar locations in plan. Please see IRC Section 330.8 for grab bar requirements. <br />Please make any necessary revisions to the drawings and submit the revised set per our re -submittal <br />instructions which can be found on the Resubmittal Instructions Tab on our website linked here: Permit <br />Review, Resubmittal instructions. The important step is to send a transmittal sheet (PDF) (hyperlinked) <br />to Perm itServices@everettwa.govwhen you have submit all the information. <br />Required Resubmittal Item — Outlined below with required naming convention: <br />a. 2ndReview—BuildingPlans—MM.DD.YYYY - Complete set of revised construction drawings. <br />Please use the Online Permitting Portal to check the status of all reviews.
