General Location and Description of Stormwater Management Facilities The proposal is to subdivide the site into two lots and build a new garage on Lot 1 and a new single-family residence on Lot 2 with associated utilities. The access to this site will be from Wetmore Ave. The proposal also includes frontage improvements along Wetmore Ave. Perforated Stub out connections will be provided for onsite stormwater management for the roof areas. The driveways will be constructed out of permeable pavement. Perforated stub out will be connected to the permeable pavement driveways. BMP T5.13 Post Construction Soil Quality will be used for all pervious areas of the site. VII. Inspecting Stormwater Management Facilities The owner inspects private stormwater systems. VIII. Maintaining Stormwater Management Facilities Stormwater management facilities must be properly maintained to ensure that they operate correctly and provide the infiltration for which they were designed. Routine maintenance performed on a frequently scheduled basis, can help avoid more costly rehabilitative maintenance that results when facilities are not adequately maintained. The Maintenance requirements are contained in Appendix A. These requirements should be updated to reflect changes and updates to these facilities. Routine Work The majority of this work consists of inspection, scheduled mowing, weed control, and trash and debris pickups for stormwater management facilities during the growing season. This includes items such as the removal of debris/material that may be clogging the pavement, and weed control. These activities normally will be performed numerous times during the year. These items can be completed without any prior correspondence with City of Everett. Minnr Wnrlr This work consists of a variety of isolated or small-scale maintenance and work needed to address operational problems.
