The comments below must be addressed <br />before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. Additional comments may be <br />issued by the Public Works, Planning, and Fire departments. <br />Code citations provided in the following review comments reference the Everett Municipal Code (EMC), the <br />2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2018 International Building Code (IBC), and the 2018 Washington <br />State Energy Code (WSEC). Amendments to the adopted building codes by Washington Administrative Code <br />(WAC) Title 51 are incorporated into the referenced code citations. Citations provided in the comments <br />reference the IRC unless noted otherwise. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br />Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project for <br />compliance with the adopted building codes.
