Revisions to the SWPPP
shall be completed within seven (7) days following the inspection.
3.1.13 Element#13—Protect On-site Stormwater Management BMPs
The low impact development BMPs proposed for this project are required to be protected.
Low impact development facilities on site consist of a post-construction quality and depth
in accordance with BMP 5.13 within Volume V, Chapter 11 of the 2019 SWMMWW.
Any natively vegetated areas to remain on site shall be protected from compaction during
construction.
