I am the planner assigned to the land-use review of this project. <br /> On initial review, many aspects of your project appear to meet zoning code requirements, including height and lot <br /> coverage. <br /> But I do have a question about your site plan: I see the footprint of the existing home to be demolished and the label <br /> identifying it, but I don't see the proposed new building footprint explicitly called out. I surmise that the darker dashed <br /> lines with heights noted (612) were intended to represent new construction, but the shape of this dashed line doesn't <br /> seem to correspond with the floor plans provided (see image below my signature).
