Everett Building Dept. To whom it may concern the following are the responses to the Permit Review Letter dated August 19, 2024 #1 Detail 5 (Flat Bottom Trusses) has been removed. As stated on page 5, the truss area over the M/Suite is to be scissored, I added more notes/interior ridge locations and heights based on possible interior pitches (it is the builders choice). #2 1 have removed all details I feel are not pertinent to this plan. #3 The fireplace has been noted as a Vented Gas Fireplace, the approximate location of the vent is shown on the plan, and noted as "HOT". #4 Noted on page 3 in garage area. #5 Added note in garage area page 1. #6 There is a note in BDRM#4 that shows the window references, all windows are much larger than required for egress in all dimensions, I do not know the specific company the builder is going to use for his window package, so I can give the actual dimensions, although the smallest window in any of the bedrooms is a 5040, Milgard specs their V250 series as being "net" 27-1/8"x45" with a sq ft size of 8.48, and a sill of approx 34" all of which are well within design criteria in the IRC chapter 310 #7 Note added, 1" max threshold, on page 1. #8 Note added 7 W max height. #9 Handrail shown on plan, and added to detail 8 on page 4a. #10 Page 4a, detail 8 switched with 11 (more room) and expanded to cover handrail notes per detail you emailed me. #11 Note added lower right page 1, shown near center of garage. #12 CO detectors are shown, notes lower right of the page. #13 Note added to "Foundation Notes" on Page 3, and in details Page 4a. #14 Crawl Space calcs have been added, we are using the "Exceptions 1 & 2" noted in R408.2 that allows 1/1500 when using a class 1 vapor retarder (6 mil black).
