March 12, 2014 <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Murphy reported on his attendance at the monthly board <br /> meeting of the Snohomish Health District and updated the council <br /> members on the Hotel/Motel tax grant application process. <br /> Council Member Bader remarked that the council members closed a <br /> public hearing for Council Bill No. 1402-09 at last week's City Council <br /> meeting but failed to take action. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1402-09 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Comprehensive Plan Map from <br /> 1.6 (Multiple Family) to 2.0 (Parks/Public Open Space) with a <br /> rezone from R-3 (Multiple Family) to P (Public Park Zone), <br /> amending Ordinance No. 2021-94, and Ordinance No. 1671-89, <br /> as amended for Jackson Park <br /> Moved by Council Member Anderson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill <br /> No. 1402-09 and the City Clerk is directed to take the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Murphy, Gipson, Bader, Anderson <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Roberts, Moore <br /> ABSTAINED: Stonecipher <br /> Ordinance No. 3372-14 adopted. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> The City Attorney had no comments. <br /> 58 <br />
