Program and Projects to be funded with CDBG funds: <br />Public Service Projects (Priority) Funding <br />ARC: Housing Assistance & Systems Navigation (Housing) <br />Funds to provide emergency financial assistance and system navigation for <br />disabled persons. <br />$21,250.00 <br />Cocoon House: Journeys (Housing) <br />Funds to support housing and services for young adults aged 18 – 24. $20,000.00 <br />Snohomish County Legal Services: Housing Justice Project (Housing) <br />Funds to support staffing for legal services to households facing eviction. $30,000.00 <br />YWCA Seattle|King|Snohomish: Homeward House (Behav.
