Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />1.1 Project Management <br />This task includes administration of the contract between the CONSULTANT and the <br />City, preparation of monthly progress reports and quality control, necessary for the <br />Project. <br />The task includes all administrative services needed to coordinate with Otak’s and the <br />City’s sub-consultants and to complete the Project on time and within budget. The <br />following are the categorized activities associated with this work element: <br />• Project Schedule Updating <br />• Monthly Progress Reports, and Invoicing. Progress reports will contain a narrative <br />that <br />identifies and describes significant activities performed in the previous month and <br />the <br />significant planned activities for the upcoming month. <br />• Prepare sub-consultant agreements, coordinate, budget and review the project <br />progress and submittals. <br />• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedule. <br />• Monitor project budget. <br />• Prepare monthly billings and progress reports. <br /> <br />TASK 1.1 ASSUMPTIONS <br />▪ Notice-to-proceed will occur in May 2025 with task completion anticipated by November 2026. <br />▪ Consultant to prepare a MSFT Project schedule for their deliverables updated as needed in Microsoft <br />Project, maintain project schedule updating quarterly <br />▪ Consultant and Sub-Consultants required to upload deliverables to Autodesk BUILD including Progress <br />Reports and Invoices <br />▪ The additional optional tasks shown hereinafter would be budgeted under management reserves <br />and/or a contract amendment. <br />TASK 1.1 DELIVERABLES: <br />• Progress Reports <br />• Monthly Invoicing <br />• Project Schedule and Quarterly Updates <br />1.2 Project Internal and External Coordination <br />• Schedule and coordinate with design team. <br />• Meetings and Meeting Minutes approximately 12 team meetings are assumed for <br />the duration of the design activities <br />• Maintain regular informal contact telephone discussions, and electronic mail. <br />• Obtain, with assistance from the City, rights-of-entry necessary for field observations <br />and environmental studies. <br /> <br />TASK 1.2 ASSUMPTIONS <br />▪ Up to 12 monthly status meetings will be held via video conference with agenda and meeting minutes. <br />▪ Project coordination to discuss work in progress will occur in biweekly, 30 minutes, and up to two <br />workshops, via MS Teams meetings <br />▪ The City project manager will consolidate review comments and provide directions to the Otak team
