(467-Z— Airport Compatibility Handout <br />The City of Everett has adopted regulations for development and building projects in areas near <br />Paine Field (Everett Municipal Code 19.17). These regulations establish an Airport Influence <br />Area and Airport Compatibility Area to help avoid incompatible uses and buildings, increase <br />safety, and provide disclosure notices for new projects.
