As noted on WRI's initial plans dated June 4, 2015, the <br />wetlands had not been professionally surveyed at that time. Since then, the wetlands were surveyed by <br />Barghausen Consulting Engineers. The subsequent site plans now show a more accurate <br />representation of the wetland edges relative to the proposed development. WRI has added all updated <br />features to the buffer averaging plan dated March 16, 2016. The associated critical area study and <br />buffer averaging report has been also been updated to reflect these changes. <br />We hope this provides the information you need to close the review of this application.
