You are currently operating your business <br />without a Certificate of Occupancy, which cannot be issued until the requirements listed below are met. <br />These permits are past expiration. Please schedule an inspection or request a permit extension for each <br />permit listed above by 12/14/2018. After this date, work under these permits will no longer be authorized. <br />• Public Works Permit PW1510-018: Landscaping is a requirement of this permit. Request final approval <br />inspection. <br />• Electrical Permit E1701-171: No inspections have been requested to date. Request an inspection for <br />the installation of 20 amp propane connection/ generator connections for this permit to be <br />finaled/closed out. <br />• Building Permit B1511-029: Request final approval inspection once the above listed permits have been <br />finaled. <br />Once these requirements have been met, the Public Works, Electrical, and Building permits can be finaled; and <br />the Certificate of Occupancy can be requested and will be eligible for issuance. <br />If work has been completed, request a final inspection within 14 days of the mailing date of this letter. After <br />that time the permit record will be closed without final approval. If at some time in the future you decide to <br />continue with this work you will need to apply for a new permit. <br />Continuing to occupy the building without a Certificate of Occupancy is a violation of the 2015 International <br />Building Code, Section 111.1.
