After that date, work under these permits is no longer <br />authorized. <br />Your Temporary Certificate of Occupancy expired on 2/27/2017. You are currently operating your business <br />without a Certificate of Occupancy, which cannot be issued until the requirements listed below are met. <br />• Public Works Permit PW1510-018: Install required landscaping per approved landscaping plans. A <br />landscaping inspection is required prior to final approval of this permit. Contact the Planning <br />Department at 425-257-2273 to schedule the inspection. <br />• Building Permit B1511-029: Provide a copy of engineering final letter <br />• Building Permit B1511-029: Provide a copy of GeoTest final letter <br />• Electrical Permit E1701-171: Install 20 amp propane connection / generator connections <br />• Provide access for emergency vehicles on site <br />Once these requirements have been met, the Public Works permit can be finaled, followed by the Electrical <br />and Building permit finals; and the Certificate of Occupancy can be requested and will be eligible for issuance <br />If work has been completed, request a final inspection within 14 days of the mailing date of this letter. After <br />that time the permit record will be closed without final approval. If at some time in the future you decide to <br />continue with this work you will need to apply for a new permit. <br />Continuing to occupy the building without a Certificate of Occupany is a violation of the 2015 International <br />Building Code, Section 111.1. <br />To request inspection, call (425) 257-8881 OR schedule on-line at: <br />httas://everettwa.aov/FormCenter/PublicWorks-5/Inspection-RequestPermit-Services-123 before 4 p.m, for <br />next day inspection.
