Alex Byrd
From: Alex Byrd
Sent: Thursday, February 22, 2024 3:18 PM
To:'BOBBIE.LENEKER@PACIFICMOBILE.COM'; Zach Ham
Subject: 3700 Federal Portable Classrooms
Attachments: _R_Wetland Delineation Report Jackson ES 2024 Feb 7.pdf
Hello,
Thank you for submitting building permits for 7 new portable classrooms at 3700 Federal Ave, permits B2402-041-
047. Can you please clarify the wetland delineation, 80' buffer, and required 10' building setback from the buffer
(19.37.220.13)? The map provided in the wetland report dated February 7, 2024 (below) and the site plan submitted with
the permits are not consistent. For example, it is not clear what the 20' wetland buffer is indicating on the site plan
submitted with the permits. Please submit a site plan clearly showing the delineated wetland, 80' buffer, 10' buffer
setback, and the location of the portables so I can verify the portables will be outside the critical area buffers.
The updated site plan may be emailed to me. It is not necessary to submit revised paper copies of the plans.
