2025 FEDERAL OVERLAY, W MUKILTEO BLVD – GLENWOOD AVE TO DOGWOOD DR <br /> PAGE SP13 OF SP123 SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />WORK ORDER #3842 April 15, 2025 FEDERAL AID# NHPP-2776(011) <br /> 1 <br />Copies of the Contract Provisions, including the unsigned Form of Contract, will be 2 <br />available for signature by the successful bidder on the first business day following award. 3 <br />The number of copies to be executed by the Contractor will be determined by the 4 <br />Contracting Agency. 5 <br /> 6 <br />Within ** 20 ** calendar days after the award date, the successful bidder shall return the 7 <br />signed Contracting Agency-prepared contract, an insurance certification as required by 8 <br />Section 1-07.18, a satisfactory bond as required by law and Section 1-03.4, the Transfer 9 <br />of Coverage form for the Construction Stormwater General Permit with sections I, III, and 10 <br />VIII completed when provided. Before execution of the contract by the Contracting 11 <br />Agency, the successful bidder shall provide any pre-award information the Contracting 12 <br />Agency may require under Section 1-02.15. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Until the Contracting Agency executes a contract, no proposal shall bind the Contracting 15 <br />Agency nor shall any work begin within the project limits or within Contracting Agency-16 <br />furnished sites. The Contractor shall bear all risks for any work begun outside such areas 17 <br />and for any materials ordered before the contract is executed by the Contracting Agency. 18 <br /> 19 <br />If the bidder experiences circumstances beyond their control that prevents return of the 20 <br />contract documents within the calendar days after the award date stated above, the 21 <br />Contracting Agency may grant up to a maximum of ** 20 ** additional calendar days for 22 <br />return of the documents, provided the Contracting Agency deems the circumstances 23 <br />warrant it. 24 <br /> 25 <br />1-03.3.OptionB.RTF 26 <br />1-03.3 Execution of Contract 27 <br />(July 8, 2024 APWA GSP Option B) 28 <br /> 29 <br />This section is supplemented with the following: 30 <br />No later than 5 calendar days after the Award date (not including Saturdays, Sundays and 31 <br />Holidays), the successful Bidder shall provide DBE Trucking Credit Form(s) (WSDOT Form 32 <br />272-058) when trucking appears on the DBE Utilization Certificate (WSDOT Form 272-33 <br />056). The DBE Trucking Credit Form shall document how the DBE Trucking firm will be 34 <br />able to perform the scope of work subcontracted to them. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Trucking forms will be returned for correction. Trucking Credit Form(s) will not be included 37 <br />as part of the executed Contract. 38 <br /> 39 <br />DBE Trucking Credit Forms shall be submitted in one of the following ways: 40 <br />1.
