EVERETT CORRECTION AND COMMENTS MEMORANDUM <br /> WASHINGTON TO: Seth Terry, setht@0ohnsonbraund.com <br /> FROM: Kelsey Heyd,Associate Planner, kheyd@everettwa.gov <br /> DATE: 2.23.2021 <br /> SUBJECT: Planning Division Corrections & Comments—Four Corners <br /> LOCATION: 8102 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA <br /> PERMIT#s: B2010-048, B2010-049, B2010-050, B2010-051, B2010-052 <br /> (Buildings A—E, respectively) <br /> A review of this project has been conducted by the Planning Division and it has <br /> been determined that the following revisions should be made and/or the <br /> following conditions must be met. These comments are only in relation to the <br /> land use code and do not account for all possible comments or corrections from <br /> other departments.Additional comments or corrections may be required upon <br /> review of the requested information. <br /> PLANNING DIVISION COMMENTS <br /> 1. Building Height. The maximum height allowed in this zoning designation is <br /> 75' as measured from the Average Base Elevation (ABE). Building B is <br /> identified as 75.5'+/- measured from the ABE. Please review and revise <br /> accordingly. Calculations should also be updated accordingly on the <br /> Architectural Site Plan. Note: any structure proposed within 1' of the <br /> maximum height requires a base elevation survey at time of construction <br /> permit review and a height survey at time of framing inspection. Please <br /> refer to the building height handout for complete details. <br /> 2. Bicycle Parking Counts. <br /> a. Building A identifies a bicycle storage area on Sheet A212B with 14 <br /> stalls but elsewhere in the plan set(s) note Building A as having 15 <br /> interior bicycle stalls. Please review and revise accordingly. <br /> b. Building B identifies one bicycle storage area on Sheet A221A but <br /> does not identify the racking system or number of bicycles that can <br /> be stored within that one storage area. It is unclear if that area is <br /> suitable to hold the 34 bicycles noted elsewhere in the plan set. <br /> Please review and revise accordingly. <br /> c. Building C identifies one bicycle storage area on Sheets A231A and <br /> Planning A231B but does not identify the racking system or number of <br /> bicycles that can be stored within that one storage area. It is unclear <br /> QEverett,WA 98201 <br /> Wetmore Ave,Ste.8A if that area is suitable to hold the 30 bicycles noted elsewhere in the <br /> Ever <br /> plan set. Please review and revise accordingly. <br /> 425.257.8731 d. Building D identifies one bicycle storage area on Sheet A241A but <br /> 425.257.8742 fax does not identify the racking system or number of bicycles that can <br /> iffi be stored within that one storage area.
