SAGE HOMES NORTHWEST, LLC <br />HARBORS EDGE DRAINAGE REPORT <br />AUGUST 2022 <br />The site was visited on Thursday, December 9, 2021. The weather was overcast with no rain at the <br />time. There had been recent rain. The Downstream exhibit in Appendix B shows the locations where <br />the photos were taken. As shown in the photos below a few of the catch basins have sediment <br />around the grates. The outfall at photo 9 into Edgewater Creek could not be safely reached due to <br />the steep slope. Edgewater Creek outfall was more than a quarter mile from the project site and not <br />accessible due to the high tide and the private property (Boeing) adjacent to Puget Sound.
