The following are general updates that have been made as part of our internal review process. These changes are reflected on the latest set of structural drawings. • Slab -on -grade joint details were added to Sheet 51.1 • Perimeter isolated footings were sized and located appropriately on the foundation plan Sheet 52.0 • Slab -on -grade as a structural diaphragm is now indicated on the foundation plan Sheet 52.0 • Wall -ties have been added to the roof plan Sheet 52.1 • Canopies and details were added to a new Sheet 54.0 We have reviewed the structural comments prepared by the City of Everett. The comment followed by our response are as indicated below: Structural and geotechnical special inspections are required for this project. A statement on special inspections is provided in the "Statement of Special Inspections" section of the General Notes on Sheet S 1.0. The statement should include a table listing each type of special inspection and should specify the extent of each inspection (e.g., continuous, periodic) per IBC Section 1704.3.1. The table should include special requirements for seismic and wind resisting systems as required by IBC Sections 1704.3.2 and 1704.3.3, respectively. See IBC Sections 107.1, 1704.2.3 and 1704.3.
