Attachment 2 <br />City Facility Identification and Build -out Description <br />Replace existing City of Everett metal light pole located at 4030 Colby Ave. with a 30' metal pole <br />standard designed to house a small cell wireless facility including, but not limited to: (1) pole top omni <br />antenna; (1) pole top radio enclosure; and (1) equipment enclosure located at mid pole level.
