This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement <br />between the Parties as to the matters specifically dealt with herein, and supersedes any and all prior <br />agreements, oral or otherwise, relating to said matters. <br />25. Authority. Each Parry signing this Agreement, whether signing individually or on behalf <br />of an entity, represents that he/she has full authority to sign this Agreement on behalf of himself/herself or <br />such entity. <br />26. Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed and delivered in any number of <br />counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed an original, and such <br />counterparts shall together constitute one and the same instrument. <br />27. Relationship of the Parties.
