The Ecology project coordinator will be Ecology's designated representative at the <br />15 <br />Site. To the maximum extent possible, communications between Ecology and the City of <br />16 <br />Everett and all documents, including reports, approvals, and other correspondence concerning <br />17 <br />the activities performed pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Decree, shall be directed <br />18 <br />through the project coordinators. The project coordinators may designate, in writing, working <br />19 <br />level staff contacts for all or portions of the implementation of the remedial work required by <br />20 <br />this Decree. The project coordinators may agree to minor modifications to the work to be <br />21 <br />performed without formal amendments to this Decree. Minor modifications will be <br />22 <br />23 <br />documented in writing by Ecology. <br />Any party may change its respective project coordinator.
