This property lies within the Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District's <br />(District's) sewer service area boundary. Please be advised that water service in this area is provided by <br />the City of Everett. Sewer service is available, subject to the conditions listed in this letter. <br />Prolect Description: <br />It is the District's understanding that you recently completed a boundary line adjustment and wish to <br />construct a new single-family (SF) home on the above mentioned vacant parcel. <br />Existina Facilities: <br />There is an existing 8" PVC sewer main in Rosewood Avenue. The sanitary sewer main is capable of <br />providing service to the above -mentioned parcel. <br />Development Requirements: <br />A new side sewer stub and lateral is required to be installed for the proposed single-family home. The owner is <br />required to enter into a Developer Extension (DE) Agreement with the District to install the necessary sewer <br />improvements. Sewer plans would be required, showing the proposed improvements following the standards, <br />specifications and regulations set forth in the DE. <br />To begin the Developer Extension, process the following items need to be submitted to the District: 1) a <br />completed Pre -Application Form, 2) a current title report showing ownership of the property, 3) a completed <br />DEA Book/Application, and 4) a developer deposit in the amount of $4,000. <br />Once approved by the District, the Developer will need to hire a licensed contractor to make the necessary <br />sewer improvements to the property. <br />Sewer service will be provided upon the completion of the sewer improvements and Transfer of Ownership in <br />accordance with the terms of the District's DE Agreement. To obtain service after the DE improvements are <br />accepted the owner would need to make application and payment for sewer permits and make payment at the <br />District Office.
