WATERFRONT PLACE CENTRAL <br />PORT OF EVERETT - PSA 1-2015-005 <br />HYDROLOGIC AND HYDRAULIC REPORT <br />PND No. 154016 - 005.01 <br />• Catch basins shall be cleaned if the depth of deposits is equal to or greater than 1/3 the depth <br />from the basin to the invert of the lowest pipe into or out of the basin. <br />• Stromwater Treatment vaults shall be inspected according to the manufacturer's <br />recommendation. Treatment medium shall be cleaned and replaced per manufacturer's <br />recommendations. <br />• Stormwater Treatment Vaults shall be inspected according to the Washington State <br />Department of Ecology — General Use Level Designation for Basic, Enhanced, and <br />Phosphorus Treatment for the MWS — Linear Modular Wetland, dated December 2015. A <br />copy of the Modular Wetland GULD certification is provided in Appendix E. <br />9. COMPLICANCE WITH COE-SWMM MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <br />9.1. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT #1- STORMWATER SITE PLAN PREPARATION <br />This stormwater report and plan have been prepared in accordance with Chapter 3 of the COSWMM, <br />2010 edition. <br />9.2. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT #2 — CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER POLLUTION <br />PREVENTION <br />The project contractor shall prepare and submit a C-SWPPP as indicated in report section 4 of this report. <br />9.3. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT #3 — SOURCE CONTROL OF POLLUTION <br />Per section 5 of this report. <br />9.4. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT #4 — PRESERVATION OF NATURAL DRAINAGE <br />SYSTEMS AND OUTFALLS <br />Per sections 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3 of this report. <br />9.5. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT #5 — ON -SITE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT <br />Not applicable, the project site will collect and convey all surface water prior to directly discharging into <br />the Snohomish River. No flooding or erosion impacts and anticipated. <br />9.6. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT #6 — RUNOFF TREATMENT <br />The project has been designed to provide a minimum Basic level of treatment per section 2.2.6 of the <br />COESWMM. <br />The water quality design volume and flowrate have been design per Section 2.2.6 of the COESWMM as <br />presented in Section 8.5 of this report. <br />9.7. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT #7 — FLOW CONTROL <br />Flow control is not required as all surface water generated on the developed project will discharge directly <br />into the Snohomish River. <br />9.8. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT # 8- WETLANDS PROTECTION <br />Not Applicable. <br />70C <br />
