} If f way; thence southwesterly along the west line of the Northern Pacific Railway Company' s right-of-way to the true point of beginning.; all of said prcperty being under the jurisdiction of the city of Everett, county of Snohomish, state of Washington. All the property in said assessment district and none other shall be considered and held to be the property specially benefited by said improvement. An assessment shall be made and levied in the manner provided by law on all the property in said assessment district for the purpose of raising the amount necessary to pay the compensation and damages as aforesaid, together with the costa, of all proceedings to be had therein. Any part of the compensation, damages or costs that is not finally assessed against said property in said assessment district shall be paid from the general fund of the city of Everett. That for the purpose of said special assess- ment a supplemental petition shall be filed in said court, and all other acts and proceedings necessary for the making, comple- tion and collection of said assessment to be taken and done as provided by the laws of the state of 1Tashington.
