The average width is a little more than <br />two and a half miles. The district covers an area of approximately 39 square miles. The district includes <br />most of the City of Everett, all but a very small portion of the City of Mill Creek, and portions of <br />unincorporated Snohomish County. The total population within the district in 2023 is estimated at <br />152,913 (Snohomish County GMA Population Forecast).
