While Everett does not <br />have jurisdiction over these facilities, the City partners with WSDOT to advocate for changes that can <br />more efficiently move vehicles into and out of the city and region. Congestion on these facilities can also <br />cause drivers to detour onto City streets, so prioritizing through-movement can help alleviate local <br />congestion.
