The increased height is necessary to support water dependent industrial actfvitfes on the 5 <br />property; 6 <br />2.b. The increased height will not obstruct the view of a substantfal number of residences for 7 <br />those areas adjoining the shoreline; and 8 <br />3.c. The increased height will not cause adverse impact on views from adjoining public parks or 9 <br />public open spaces. 10 <br />B. Industrial Zones Near Paine Field. Aircraft manufacturing plants are permitted to have a building 11 <br />height of one hundred sixty feet within the Paine Field airport compatfbility area. 12
