This capacity-building approach ensures that <br />Everett’s strategic planning remains dynamic and up to date, setting the <br />stage for sustained customer satisfaction well into the future. <br />D. How will your project manager communicate with the City <br />of Everett’s project manager in all phases of the contract? <br />Include how often status reports are provided. <br />Our communication with Everett's project manager will be regular <br />but efficient: <br />● Biweekly 30-45 minute status calls to show progress, flag <br />issues and monitor progress <br />● As the project progresses, these will shift to focused working <br />sessions to review findings and refine recommendations. <br />This approach keeps everyone informed without creating <br />communication overhead. <br />● As issues arise, direct communication through email, phone <br />and meetings will be scheduled as necessary. <br />4.03.4 Risk, Performance, and Quality Assurance <br />A.
