Any damage to City improvements(sidewalk,curb,roadway,etc.)shall be replaced per City Standards and/or as directed by the City PW Inspector. 7.City of Everett Water Department crews shall make all connections to City water main at owner/contractor's expense.This work to be under a separate Utility Permit to be purchased at the Permit Services Counter per a cost estimate by the Water Department.Work shall be scheduled 3-4 weeks in advance. 8.As-builts of storm,sanitary sewer,and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 10.
