Please provide <br /> stamped structural calculations verifying that the existing members are <br /> adequate for the new configuration and provide strengthening to the newly <br /> created rafter/ceiling joists where required. Revise drawings and details as <br /> required. IRC 301.1.3. <br /> 2. Please provide energy credit calculations for the proposed additional <br /> conditioned areas. Creating additional conditioned area would include spaces <br /> that are also previously unconditioned space as well as additions. Please clarify <br /> and update plans as required.
