It v w • The middle riser of the top staircase has a broken and shimmed center riser a section that needs to be replaced. = • The lower stair of the top stair section that is bearing on the intermediate landing has an additional 2X4 flat that extends into the landing area and needs to be removed. • ti es �! All painted surfaces will need to be properly maintained 4} and repainted as the painted surface wears.
