Property description: This structure is a an apartment in a building that was originally constructed in 1976. Summary- Based on the results of the sampling performed, less than 1% asbestos was found in -- - the materials analyzed. The light spray textured wall assembly in the master bedroom and child's bedroom exterior wall does contain less than 1% Chrysotile,asbestos in the compound_laver.
