5 <br />Progressive Design Build General Conditions <br /> <br />1.2.44 Owner’s Representative is defined or described in Section 10.1.2 of the Contract. <br />1.2.45 Owner’s Project Manager is defined or described in Section 10.1.1 of the Contract. <br />1.2.46 Inclusion Plan is defined or described in Section 2.11.3 of these General Conditions of <br />Contract. <br />1.2.47 Owner’s Representative is defined as the professional consultant hired by Owner to <br />support the administration this Project and alternative contracting method. <br />1.2.48 Provided Information are those documents itemized and linked in Exhibit A to the <br />Contract. <br />1.2.49 Pass-Through Costs is defined or described in Section 7.6.3 of the Contract. <br />1.2.50 Phase 1 Work is that portion of the Work defined and described in Exhibit C (Phase 1 <br />Work). <br />1.2.51 Phase 2 Work is that portion of the Work defined and described in the GMP <br />Amendment. <br />1.2.52 Phase 2 Proposal is defined and described in Section 2.3 of the Contract. <br />1.2.53 Project is the City of Everett Outdoor Multipurpose Stadium Project. <br />1.2.54 Project Labor Agreement, if any, is attached as an Exhibit to the GMP Amendment. <br />1.2.55 Scheduled Substantial Completion Date is the date set forth in GMP Amendment and is <br />subject to adjustment in accordance with these General Conditions of Contract. <br />1.2.56 Site is the land or premises on which the Project is located. <br />1.2.57 State-approved Apprenticeship Training Program is an apprenticeship training program <br />approved by the Washington State Apprenticeship Council. <br />1.2.58 Subcontractor is any person or entity retained by the Project (Designer or Builder) as an <br />independent contractor, or service provider, to perform a portion of the Work at any tier and shall <br />include materialmen and suppliers. <br />1.2.59 Sub-Subcontractor is any person or entity retained by a Subcontractor as an independent <br />contractor to perform any portion of a Subcontractor’s Work and shall include materialmen and <br />suppliers. <br />1.2.60 Substantial Completion or Substantially Complete means the Work, except for agreed <br />punch list items, is sufficiently complete in accordance with the Contract Documents such that <br />Owner can occupy and use the Project or a portion thereof for its intended purposes, and Design- <br />Builder has provided all documentation and other information as is required by Section 6.6 of <br />these General Conditions. <br />1.2.61 Work is comprised of all Design-Builder’s design, construction and other services <br />required by the Contract Documents, including procuring, and furnishing all materials, equipment, <br />services, and labor reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />1.2.62 Work Change Directive is defined and described in Section 9.2 of these General <br />Conditions of Contract.
