ATTACHMENT A - SUBMITTAL FORM <br />SNOHOMISH COUNTY PARTNERSHIP PROJECTS <br />OVERVIEW: Funding is available through Snohomish County's Capital Improvement Program to provide dollars for the <br />completion of qualifying projects in partnership with public entities. Eligible public entities include: school districts, park <br />districts, utility districts, county and cities/towns that have a CIP. Funding is provided through the Real Estate Excise Tax 2 (REET <br />2) Fund and projects must comply with fund restrictions and ideally, be included in the receiving entity's adopted capital <br />budget. Funding is subject to availability and appropriation by the County Council. <br />QUALIFYING PROJECTS: REET 2 may only be used for financing "capital projects" specified in the capital facilities plan. RCW <br />82.46.035(5) defines capital projects as: <br />(a) Planning, acquisition, construction, reconstruction, repair, replacement, rehabilitation, or improvement of <br />streets, roads, highways, sidewalks, street and road lighting systems, traffic signals, bridges, domestic water systems, <br />storm and sanitary sewer systems; <br />(b) Planning, construction, reconstruction, repair, rehabilitation, or improvement of parks; and <br />(c) Until January 1, 2026, planning, acquisition, construction, reconstruction, repair, replacement, rehabilitation, <br />or improvement of facilities for those experiencing homelessness and affordable housing projects. <br />**Your entity must own the land which the project is located on. <br />SECTION 1: CONTACT INFORMATION <br />City of Everett <br />802 E.
