<br />Page 19 of 43 <br />entitled to any compensation whatsoever arising from City rejection of the Contractor’s <br />requested unit price increase and the resulting deletion of the line item from the Contract. <br />B. If the City reasonably determines that the submitted documentation does not support the requested <br />unit price increase, then the City will give notice thereof to the Contractor, in which case the <br />Contractor remains obligated to perform the Work at the unadjusted unit price. <br />Pricing Decreases. All unit price reductions for materials at the manufacturer’s or distributor’s level shall <br />be reflected in a reduction of the unit price(s) to the City retroactive to the effective date of the price <br />reductions.
