CONSENT OF LENDER <br />Western Alliance Bank, an Arizona corporation ("Lender"), is the beneficiary of that certain <br />Deed of Trust, Assignment of Rents, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing dated September <br />8, 2023 executed by BRIXTON EVERETT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as <br />grantor, recorded under Instrument No. 202309110148 in the official records of Snohomish <br />County, Washington (the "Deed of Trust"), as a lien on the property described therein.
