Agreement and the Easement hereunder to another public agency for transit platform <br />purposes without such consent effective upon written notice to Grantor. <br />12. Miscellaneous. <br />A. Applicable Law and Choice of Forum. This Agreement shall be construed under <br />and governed by the laws of the State of Washington. The parties agree that <br />Snohomish County, in the State of Washington, shall be the proper forum for <br />any action. <br />B. Recordation. The City shall record this Agreement in the Official Records of <br />Snohomish County, Washington (the ` Official Records") immediately following <br />execution by the Parties. The City shall pay all recording costs necessary to record this <br />Agreement, if any. <br />C. Notices.
