Exhibit A (Scope of Work) SCOPE OF WORK Scope of Services One-Time Fee – $6,500 ● Contractor’s Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (CESCP): Developed per Section 3.05 of Specification 01 57 23, the CESCP will include site-specific drawings and descriptions of staging areas, BMP placement by phase, designated erosion control personnel, inspection/maintenance schedules, and pollution control procedures. ● Spill and Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP): Prepared to align with all provisions of the Hydraulic Project Approval, the SPPP will outline preventive measures, emergency response protocols, and Best Management Practices (BMPs) to protect surface and groundwater during construction. Monthly Services – $5,352 per month Function as the project’s CESCP Coordinator by: • Conducting weekly CESCL inspections in compliance with Section A.4.b. • Providing training on the Western Washington Stormwater Management Manual BMPs to contractor personnel designated as the CESCP Installer/Erosion and Sediment Control Representative (likely the PM, Superintendent, or Foreman). • Assisting with maintenance documentation requirements. • Providing ongoing consultation and access to the Project OverSite compliance platform. Monthly charges can be prorated based on the actual project timeline. Additional weeks beyond a full month are billed at $1,338 per week. Additional Services (if required) • Additional Inspections (Post Storm Event): $770 per visit • Stormwater Consultation: Billed at our standard hourly rate $220. Expert guidance on stormwater strategy, BMP implementation, compliance support, and system assessments for both new and existing sites.
